My husband had been looking around for a carpet cleaner to steam clean our carpets and found Green Shield. The last tenants had pets so a lingering dog smell remained which is why we needed a steam clean before our household goods arrive in several days.

One younger guy (Kelley, I think?) came in and finished faster than we originally thought as we stepped out while he cleaned. We came back with clean carpets and a fresh smell! Very satisfied with the work and prices were reasonable.

I don’t know how someone’s passion can be to clean carpets, but Rick and his team do it flawlessly. Rick and his team are by-far the best carpet cleaners in town, I mean my God he knows carpets! To be honest, I was worried about my pets and price. He’s very open about his non-toxic and pet friendly chemicals, and his pricing is easy to understand! I rarely write reviews, but Greenshield deserves commendation for being Kitsap’s best cleaners.

Amazing!! Two young gentlemen came and cleaned our rental. They were fantastic, friendly, professional, and did a really great job.

I recently watched a client’s dog in my apartment for a week and he had multiple accidents due to anxiety/medical issues. I am someone who is paranoid about urine smells so I wanted to have someone professionally clean my carpets. Greenshield was incredible! They were polite, efficient, and effective.
